OB2, for the most part, works fine. There are only two minor issues that I have found. 1) You cannot use any transparency with the "Visibility" slider or pop-out folder menus won't work. 2) System tray doesn't work...just shows blank.

what things ran slower? I've not seen anything run slower on Vista Ultimate RTM or Business RTM. (I don't use iAnything) Edit: I take that back. One thing I've noticed is that the computer management mmc takes much longer to open than in XP.

2.2 on what category? Your overall score is simply your lowest (bottleneck) score. Upgrade that category, and your score should go up. It's a lot more complicated that that though. You also have to re-run the performance index after making a change...I don't think the score dynamically updates.

What I want to know is this: if I buy Windows Vista xxx, do I get both the 32-bit and 64-bit products in the same package? From what I'm seeing on MSDN...no. There is one dvd for x64 and one dvd for x86. All versions of the os (Home, Home Premium, Business, Ultimate) are on each DVD. I don't know what they're going to do in retail, but that's
