Using Nord VPN on Windows 10/11 and Windows Blinds 10/11 does NOT add a Window Frame to the Nord-VPN Window. I was wondering why some Apps do add the Window Frame and some do NOT ? Do the Apps such as Nord-VPN prevent this, or is something missing from Windows Blinds 10/11 ?

Start10 does not work with Windows10 S (secure). Only programs in the Microsoft Store work with Windows10 S. So, perhaps it is time for Stardock to place Star10 and Blinds in the Microsoft Store. Until Stardock does this, their products are considered to be unsafe.
