Text in Right-Click of Start menu

I have noticed that when right-clicking the start button to get the text list (Settings, Event Viewer, etc...), the text is sometimes plain, and sometimes has hot-keys underlined. I'm not sure what causes that as it seems almost random what I will get. Not sure if it's a bug, or some feature I'm unaware of.
Start11 2.72, Windows 11.

Sorry for the duplicate. For some reason, I could not find it after posting it. 

I don't think the text issue is a problem but seems like a bug or some other quirk.
