Border Lines for Nord-VPN

Using Nord VPN on Windows 10/11 and Windows Blinds 10/11 does NOT add a Window Frame to the Nord-VPN Window.

I was wondering why some Apps do add the Window Frame and some do NOT ?

Do the Apps such as Nord-VPN prevent this, or is something missing from Windows Blinds 10/11 ?

If you have an application that does not use the Windowblinds skin frames (borders) then it is the software itself that is preventing it. There are a lot of applications that do that sadly.
