If you are on Windows 11, you can set Notifications to "Do not disturb" in the Windows Settings. This will send any notification strait to the Notification Center without displaying a Toast or playing a sound. Your notification icon in the System tray will change to the blue bell to let you know there are notifications present.

The Start11v2 Multi-Device license allows 5 active installs, so yes you can install on 3 computers at the same time. I don't believe you would be eligible for an upgrade discount since you are only licensed for a single install version of Start11v1, but you could try and see what happens.

This looks like the "Taskbar touch mode detection" issue. Is this a touch screen? Try changing this Start11v2 Taskbar setting to "Force touch mode device" or "Force not touch mode device."
