You appear to have "Left start button and centered aligned taskbar buttons" selected. Change this to "Left aligned."
Fences 3 is not compatible with Windows 11. See the Stardock Compatibility chart here https://support.stardock.com/space/SHC/1261174785/Stardock+App+Compatibility You'll need to upgrade to Fences 6 for windows 11 compatibility.
If you buy a permanent license for Fences 6, you will get all updates for Fences 6.xx, but you will have to buy a new license for Fences 7, etc.
This is a good suggestion, and yes can be very frustrating, but in the mean time try what I do. I created a new group called "New Apps" on a new page of the start menu. Now whenever I add an app, I always add it to this group. There I can adjust it's size, and change to a custom icon if desired. Now I drag it to the position where I want it to reside. To drag a tile to a different page; drag it to the bottom of the start menu to the dots that represent the pages and move it until the
I thought that might be the issue. Glad you got it fixed. [e digicons][/e]
Unfortunately that's not helpful. If I enable single click behaviour in Windows explorer I generally limit my options of selecting files (i.e. selecting one then adding others with CTRL+click).
I have been using "Single-click" for years. To select multiple files, either contiguous or non-contiguous, you just highlight the icons without clicking. It saves you hundreds of clicks every day.
There is a new Beta 2.30 which supposedly fixes this. You can download it from your Account Download page. https://store.stardock.com/myaccount/products Added prompt when excluding an app to exclude all with the filename or just that file.

Start11 does not offer that option, although you are not the first to ask. Your best bet is to create a New folder somewhere on your C: Drive, and then create the folders you want to PIN to the taskbar and place them in this folder. Now, add shortcuts to the items you want in each folder and name them so they appear in the order you want to see, as they will be displayed alphabetically. Make sure to check "Show folders as submenus." Once you have this set up, PIN the main folder to th
Just to be sure.
I agree with Jafo. It would be nice to have the option for left start button, centered apps and Start11 menu. In the latest version, if you have a left start button with centered apps, the Start11 menu is on the left. [e digicons];)[/e]

As a test, I installed Start11v2.5.3.1, and this issue does not occur. The tab background texture survived both a restart of Explorer and a computer restart. It must be something that changed in 2.5.5.0 or 2.5.5.1. Evidently the Registry setting for this tab is not being respected when Start11 service is started. This is the setting in 2.5.3.1 with the tab background texture applied. <img src="https://cdn.stardock.us/forums/69/28/6928565/a7a7a5f9-25b3-4466-95f4-f216ea507d68.pn
