Every day I get notice on two machines (two offices) that Object Desktop has updates. I look at my list of software in Object Desktop and notice that Fences says that it has updates. If I open Fences and go to About, and ask if it needs updates, it always says that I have the latest copy. For months I would dutyfully apply updates, but the next day would be another notice that it needed an update. Fences version: 4.21 (Both Systems) Windows version: (Both Sys
But as I said in the original entry: I is not related to Stardock software. I thought it was, but I was wrong. When I turned off WindowFX, it did a reset which brought back the taskbar, so I thought it was the software that was hiding the taskbar. I have since performed more research and found that this is a known problem with Windows 10 (not
I had to turn WindowFX (6.13) off. It was causing the task bar on my secondary monitor to disappear. When I turned it off, the taskbar came back. Running Windows 10. Update: It happened again with WindowFX off, so it wasn't the problem. The taskbar search field starts blinking and then the task bar goes away. Anyone else seeing this? (only on my second monitor. The primary monitor retains the taskbar).
Then, I still won't know what to update. Should I just not update any of the programs that are part of the Stardock package? That doesn't seem to be a good solution.
So now Start11 and WindowBlinds11 both always say they need to be updated, and I get notifications that I need to update somthing in StarDock. So I really don't know if I need to update or not. This is not acceptable.
Windows11 says it needs to update, I update and reboot and it still says it needs to update. Windows 10 user.
Start 11says it needs to update. I click update and reboot and it still says it need to update. Windows 10.
Thank you. Although they still stay in recent until you restart the program. Minor. Thanks again.

How do I delete a background I no longer want? I right click and choose delete background, but that only gives me an empty frame (that still remains visible in he recent backgrounds. How do I get rid of these?
I will download that update. But I don't know if that was the only one. The disappearing notice just said "Update".
I had a notice that my Stardock software has an update (in the Windows 10 notification area). It said to click on it to see more details about the update. When you click on it, it disappears forever without any other notice or action. Where do I get the update?
