Never Ending Update

Constant Fence Updates

Every day I get notice on two machines (two offices) that Object Desktop has updates.  I look at my list of software in Object Desktop and notice that Fences says that it has updates.  If I open Fences and go to About, and ask if it needs updates, it always says that I have the latest copy.  For months I would dutyfully apply updates, but the next day would be another notice that it needed an update.

Fences version: 4.21 (Both Systems)

Windows version: (Both Systems)

How can I correct this situation?

Object Desktop Manager isn't functioning well at present.

I simply uninstalled the Object Desktop manager app. I check software version in my account, here:

https://store.stardock.com/myaccount/products

Click on Object Desktop Manager and then on view individual downloads.

Sorry to hear you are having issues. Yes, it's a known issue with Object Desktop. Until the issue is resolved, it is best to disable update check in ODM or ignore it's update notice. You can do the update check manually on each individual product.
