Most Impressive Victory Type in Galactic Civilizations I Stardock Forums

I recently began playing GC again, and was interested to see how the Metaverse has progressed. What are some opinions on the most impressive victory type? I'm not talking about scoring, just which type is the most difficult in the game. I believe winning the beyond human way on the upper difficulty levels while trying to remain peaceful in nature is the most difficult way to win. It seems like alliance victories are the easiest and quickest. Any other opinions? -Zen

Looking at some scores, I have noticed "Suicidal" as a difficulty level for 1.05 in one on my empire's scores (Dark Assassin's). What is that setting? It is not on your list of levels. I hope the Terran Federation may be included in this calculation soon, when we quailfy. -Zen

Interesting Scenario in Galactic Civilizations I Stardock Forums

I was thinking of playing a game where I don't colonize any planets other than Earth, just for kicks. Obviously I couldn't play the upper difficulty levels, but I wonder if I could win at cakewalk. If I needed to invade a foreign planet, I would pull out the mass drivers and toast it. Has anyone else tried this? If so, what size map and yellow planet density? Certianly, the smaller the map the easier it would be. -Zen

If you notice, the symbol is not a target, but looks a lot more like crosshairs from the scope of a gun. Perfect for taking aim. I like the new flag and it fits the empire title. If we wanted, we could change the color of the symbol or the background. -Zen
