Major Debt in Galactic Civilizations I Stardock Forums

As some of you know, in my game I lost about 10 of my best planets to revolt. In recapturing them, I have amassed a huge debt. About 5000 after getting every penny possible of out the Major and Minor civs. Any suggestions on how I might get some gold?

No they didn't invade, it was a rebellion. I am the most powerful in the galaxy and am recalaiming all my 10 or so planets that poped into the Terran Confederacy. They are a minor race now!

What is a cut-scene? Is it when you get that BUGS are on the planet message, or when you get the spy info thing?
