Login Problems

Hello,
i have Problems to login to my Stardock account to manage Downloads and Subsciptions.
I can login to Wincustomize and the Forums but Login to my Account on Stardock.com isn't possible.
So what can i do? The Loginpage tells me a e-mail is sent with a verification-code but this mail never comes.........

Sorry to hear you are having issues. Please check your Email Spam folder, sometimes it appear in there. 

If it does not appear there, perhaps you're having account issue. Please raise support ticket using the link below, use the "Ask a Question" option. Include all information details. Remember to record down the ticket number for future reference if needed. Do not raise multiple ticket, that will make your ticket back to the end of the line. Send once and wait. Ticket will be answer by the order they send in.
