I don't agree with you ID. I've rated skins a 1 when it was obvious that the skin author had a 5 star rating becase they'd gotten their friends to upvote it.
And that's also part of the problem.

All the comments about the rating system are fine, but let me reiterate that this is thread is about people abusing the system as it currently stands. What should and shouldn't be allowed is a completely separate topic to what I started.
Sometimes it's advised just to walk away from a thread before the situation which has already been addressed, continues to go in a direction that wasn't intended. Now is one of those times. ;)
Yes, discussions and opinions about the games and many other topics are more than welcome. People might have other ideas and suggestions, and should be respected. Even though a certain feature might not be feasible, it's always good to hear feedback either way. ;)

The basics: AMD Quad-core 3.0ghz ATI HD5700 video card 8GB RAM SSD for mostly OS and most used apps HDD for data and everything else I really haven't done much for upgrades aside from the SSD, which

Things are moving along. :)
Just an update. We are currently working on the system that will resolve the issues that have come up in this post, and should prevent any activation issues for users who want to install on their home PC and laptop for instance. We're sorry for the troubles,
