Pinning to Taskbar in Start11

When I try to pin a web link to the taskbar, it gives me no error, but the link isn't showing.

I lpen Start11, go to "Taskbar pins"/ Pin a file", and then go to my desktop and select a link to a web page.

It gives me no error, but the link never shows on the taskbar.

What am I missing or doing wrong here?

I solved it.  Evidently Microsoft removed the "drop a web link onto the task bar" option so...I drop a browser link with a web page argument onto the taskbar.  Works just fine.
