Yes, and then I went searching elsewhere...turns out: 1. I use AVG internet Security for firewall and other protections...including performance management. 2. I reviewed the "fixes" that PC TuneUp had performed and it had "permanently" slept Start 10 as a performance hedge. 3. When I disable the SLEEP, the Start 10 then works from the Start Folder. So all along it was NOT Stardock's issue, but this could now become a "known Issue"

There is no Start10 button...the system reverts to Windows 10 format opening. In ordere to make Start 10 open I need to go to the stupid consumer Microsoft rubbish and then the folder and then open Start10 and then hit configure and THEN the S10 buttons appear and work.

Thanks for your reply. Yes, I can get there, and do the change and then it will open, but I want it to open when I start my pc, not have to manually start start10 each time it goes to sleep or I turn it on. All my other systems work perfectly.

Guys I have acquired Start10 and have been using it for ages. But on my new HP Spectre 360 laptop it does not open automatically...even though pinned to Start. What gives? BTW, It's version 1.6
