Sean: Since I'm work from home, I'm the only one using Multiplicity. I'll contact them for assistance. On the Seamless Grid, with only the one secondary computer on the grid I get have the connection error. My primary does not have bitlocker installed. On the primary computer, when I open the Mutliplicity App, I get this error message: "Multiplicity was able to connect to the computer but your encryption key setting is incorrect. The
KVM Mode does not work. I get an encryption error message so I expect that's the issue with the simplicity mode. Hope there's a fix.

I've added a new secondary computer to my system. Changed network to Private. Secondary shows up as connected in the primary computers Multiplicity Window but the mouse will not move to the new secondary. Can't control it all. Original secondary is also connected and works fine. Would Bitlocker software cause this issue? Company has rolled out hard drive encryption but it's only on the new machine.
