New Secondary Computer Issue

I've added a new secondary computer to my system.  Changed network to Private.  Secondary shows up as connected in the primary computers Multiplicity Window but the mouse will not move to the new secondary.  Can't control it all.  Original secondary is also connected and works fine.  Would Bitlocker software cause this issue?  Company has rolled out hard drive encryption but it's only on the new machine.

Thanks for the reply.  I'm running simplicity mode not KVM.  I'll try that while I'm waiting for additional feedback.

KVM Mode does not work.  I get an encryption error message so I expect that's the issue with the simplicity mode.  Hope there's a fix.

Have you spoken with your company IT people to see what obstacles there may be for using MP?

If it is the only one on the Seamless grid, to the right or left of the Primary, does it work then?

  Since I'm work from home, I'm the only one using Multiplicity.  I'll contact them for assistance.  On the Seamless Grid, with only the one secondary computer on the grid I get have the connection error.  My primary does not have bitlocker installed.  On the primary computer, when I open the Mutliplicity App, I get this error message:  "Multiplicity was able to connect to the computer but your encryption key setting is incorrect.  The key must be the same."

Therefore, I assume the issue is with the bitlocker hard drive encryption software so I need to encrypt all three machines with the same key.

The encryption key is the one set in multiplicity not anything to do with hard drive encryption.

Note this is different from the passcode.

YES!!!!.   I missed that step in the setup.  All is working as intended.  Thanks for the help.  Greatly appreciated.  I couldn't work effectively without this software.  Great product AND support.
