Happening to me too & it's driving me crazy! So, what is the solution????

I was able to activate a free 30 day trial.

I bought a new license for START11 and it still won't work with the new license number. Says it's an invalid license. I can't activate through the Internet because it says the BRAND NEW LICENSE IS INSTALLED ON ANOTHER COMPUTER! why can't i activate the new license? This happened to me before and here we are again! Moved to Account and Activation Help area

I fixed it. I had to put in the new reg number.

I cannot get three computers to stay in the configuration; only two computers will stay. How do I fix this?

I'm going to commit suicide if I spend another minute on this defective product!!

I tried EVERYTHING to fix it. Mouse disappears on secondary computer or it gerks around or the connection goes on and off. I have spent days on getting this software to work correctly and I'm really losing my patience! Can you give me a solution??? Moved to Multiplicity Section.

After spending almost 12 full hours on it today, I think I finally fixed it. I just reinstalled the pgm a few minutes ago & so far, it appears to be working. I'm not sure exactly how I did it, but I did (I think). I do know that none of your tips worked. I stripped Multiplicity out of the registries on both computers. I did multiple reg & clean repairs. I did scannow, DISM.exe & chkdsk multiple times. I was 5 minutes away from doing clean

I wish I could get someone to help me & explain why all of a sudden I keep losing connections on secondary machine. I wasted the entire day on this instead of doing real work. I did EVERYTHING. I see I am not the only one having this problem and I did not find a coherent solution anywhere. All you do is give people links to articles but no solution.

I give up. I spent 5 hours this morning trying to get this to work correctly. I give up! I tried everything and you won't help me! I'm now looking at other alternatives like ShareMouse.

I think I got it to work. Now I keep losing the connection on secondary machine because not responding in time...and I cannot see my mouse on second computer. I did all your tricks & I opened up the firewall on both machines. I am about to lose my mind.

Cannot pair Multiplicity with new computer. I deleted Multiplicity from old computer but I still cannot pair with new computer. I am able to use Multiplicity because of the free trial period for new computer. Help please!

I forgot which style now--I believe Windows 8 or 7 styles. But, it doesn't matter now. I switched back to StartAll Back where everything works perfectly, exactly as I want it & using its features are easy & obvious.

There are certain items on my start menu that I am unable to delete, move &/or copy to the folder of my choice (folders I have manually created on my start menu). I cannot delete, move or copy these certain items when I right click & go to "Open All Users" directory. I cannot figure out how to tweak the start menu!! Where are the instructions? For example, right now, when I open the menu, in the right column, under my name, I want to totally delete Pictures, Music, Device & Printers, Default Programs, etc. The answer to my question is not obvious (but it should be)! PROBLEM SOLVED! You were right. Network settings were enabled for a public network on my primary, Windows 11 computer. As soon as I changed the setting to private, I was able to copy and paste to my secondary, Windows 10 computer! THANK YOU SO MUCH!!! All is well again!!

I already explained it. I did everything you suggested in your guide, above, and I still have the problem! I've run the bat file numerous times, on both computers. It did not work.
