I just switched the primary & secondary computers, hoping this might fix the problem...although I am not overly optimistic!
I have had the same problem for years. After a few hours, Multiplicity, on my primary computer, shuts off & won't restart unless I uninstall and reinstall. Today, I even upgraded to the latest version of your program (paid an additional $31) and THE SAME THING HAPPENED AGAIN only a few minutes ago. I have done everything possible to avoid this problem. I have combed this forum for a solution. I download your bat & purge files. I tweaked my Avast
I DID ALL THIS & I'm ready to ask for a refund. I can't stand it anymore. It works for awhile & then the primary machine shuts down. I've tried EVERYTHING!!! I also tried to send you a support ticket but I had to register again & I got disgusted & gave up! I also cannot copy & paste from one computer to the other. I am beyond disgusted & I put so many hours into this, you should pay me!
I cannot copy & paste files from primary to secondary computer. I turned off anti-virus (Avast) on both computers & I still can't do. I just purchased Multiplicity for the SECOND time. I want to be able to use it without problems or delays. What is the problem? This was a big selling point for me.
I'm STILL having the same problem!!
I did everything you suggested (tweak Avast to ignore Multiplicity--I did this on both computers). I also tweaked Avast so all the ports were open. As I said, before and after I tweaked Avast, Multiplicity worked flawlessly for a few hours and then, out of the blue, for no reason, Multiplicity shut down on the primary computer. My one mouse, one keyboard setup is such an integral part of my work environment, I go insane when the program stop
Oh, if I shut off Avast on my Secondary computer, then Multiplicity will turn on again on my Primary.
Multiplicity keeps shutting down on my primary computer. It works fine for awhile & then, out of the blue it shuts off. I have Windows 10 on both computers. I use Avast Firewall & I have opened up all the ports on both computers, so nothing is blocked. I am so frustrated, I'm ready to dump Multiplicity. I've tried to find an answer on the Internet but it appears to be a secret. I need to solve this or I will dump it. Th
