I'm starting to get Amazon.com alerts on my login screen, which is the last straw for me. Is there software that I can replace this with?
RangeDoc
Nevermind that, I got it. After the purchase, a long number string showed up. It looked like a much different style than the one I had for DeskScapes 10, so I thought it might not be the product key. Well I copied that string to a notepad document, and sure enough that's the account product key. All's well that ends well.
That is strange, but, understandable. Thank you, Basj, Stardock Community Assistant
Can you check to see if the product key has been sent? I may have entered the wrong email address during purchase. It's possible that I typed live.com instead of hotmail.com

I tried, it said I didn't qualify. No biggie.

It's DeskScapes 10, and the version is 9.5.3.0 But if the product key won't work on the new version, then so be it, it's only 4 bucks for the new license.
Thanks for that, i've gone ahead and created a thread for my question.
I'm currently running 9.5.3.0 and it locks up on me in Windows 11. I'd like to see if that improves with the latest version.
I also have a purchased license, and DeskScapes locks up on me. It's version 9.5.3.0 What i'm wondering, is whether the latest release would work with my product key.
And I am logged on via firefox regular window, and the downloads are finally working. And to everyone who commented on the cookies, this was never a cookie issue. It is not physically possible for this to be a cookie issue. I tried IE, I tried Firefox... I already explained to you all that I have cookies set to delete after each session. And do you know why I know that it works? Because I have to logon to every single website, every single time I logoff of firefox. My browser saves NOTHI
This is from a private session, just now: Download Unsuccessful Reasons: You are currently at your download limit. (58907761 / 52428800)
It's not possible for cookies to affect two different browsers. And what cookie could limit this anyway? I didn't download any of these files until after my purchase. So there is no download limit cookie that should have been set yet. If any cookie should have been set, it should have been via the purchase.
ugh. same thing. Download Unsuccessful Reasons: You are currently at your download limit. (63781637 / 52428800)
sdRohan, I run firefox, set to delete all cache upon exit, every time. I tried 3 or 4 times with the same result. I also tried internet explorer, and I even logged onto my vpn, and in every instance it said the same thing, that I had exceeded my download limit. I'll try again right now, and report back shortly.
You mean like this post in that thread? "When you purchase an application you get 1 year of unlimited downloads. After that the download caps for WinCustomize go back into place." Well as I stated in this thread, I purchased an application. So explain to me why I don't have unlimited downloads?
Is this a complicated topic to take care of? Because it seems like it wouldn't take too long to solve. I purchased the software. This either entitles me to more downloads than the general public or it doesn't.
submitted.
I just got hard limited on the amount of dreams for deskscapes that I can download from wincustomize. Please tell me this is in error. I would never have purchases such a product if there was a limit to the amount of files I can download. I never experienced this with objectdock icons, so I had no reason to think it would occur with dreamscapes.
You know, it's really unfortunate what i'm seeing here. I mean this isn't the first time this happened to me. And looking through the threads on this forum, it's a very common experience. I recall this very thing happening when I purchased my windowblinds license so many years ago. Which is very unfortunate, because I needed to get this installed today, no ifs and or buts about it. The reason being that I work 12 day stretches, and I have no doubt that there will be more important t
Earlier, I paid for Object Desktop through PayPal. I received no email verification. When I request serial keys, the email I receive only includes serials for software I purchased years ago. And considering that PayPal works pretty much instantly with any other vendor, I can't help but wonder if there is a bigger problem here.
I can tell you why at least some of the wrong email addresses happen. I sit back from a widescreen tv used for my monitor. Consequently, I crank up the font size in windows. Well I just now went through the same procedure with the same results as thread starter, and when I typed my email address in, I realized that your web page made the font quite a bit smaller than this text that I am typing right now (small to the point where I had the uneasy feeling that if i'd typed it wrong, I woul
is this a USB port switcher you're talking about? if so, these can get confused. just toggle it back and forth, and it might fix the problem.
FYI that is not auto enabled with windows 10, that has to be manually turned on. It's possible that your antivirus turned it on, as it's one of many ways to stop ransonware from infecting your pc.
Turns out that the icons do in fact have to be square. It's been a while since I looked online for image resizers, but I found a good one that only took a couple of mouseclicks. https://resizeimage.net/
