I want to know if the latest DeskScapes will work with my older product key.

I'm currently running 9.5.3.0 and it locks up on me in Windows 11.

I'd like to see if that improves with the latest version.

Hello,
Sorry to hear you are having issues. But, if you have DeskScapes product key for V9 it will not work on latest version on DeskScapes V11.

added: Not sure why, but I can not find any DeskScapes V9.XX in DeskScapes change log history : https://www.stardock.com/products/deskscapes/history

Thank you.

It's DeskScapes 10, and the version is 9.5.3.0

But if the product key won't work on the new version, then so be it, it's only 4 bucks for the new license.

Can you check to see if the product key has been sent?

I may have entered the wrong email address during purchase.

It's possible that I typed live.com instead of hotmail.com

Just in case you missed it. If you have previous version, you should be able to get it on discount. Use the Upgrade button.

I tried, it said I didn't qualify. No biggie.

That is strange, but, understandable.

Nevermind that, I got it. After the purchase, a long number string showed up. It looked like a much different style than the one I had for DeskScapes 10, so I thought it might not be the product key.

Well I copied that string to a notepad document, and sure enough that's the account product key.

All's well that ends well.
