Hello, Sorry to hear you are having issues. a couple things .. Check with right click on desktop to View then scroll down to Lock Fences if it's checked un check it then your moves should work. Also the latest version is 4.0.5.11 try updating to that version from your account page . AzDude Stardock Community Assistant
