Error: Folder portal disappear after restart| restore layout is not working

I'm using fences 4 on Windows 10 Enterprise version 20H2 laptop. The folder portals are gone every time I restart my laptop. And the restore layout function is not working.

Does anyone have same issue?

Do these happen to be network or "online" folders (one drive, ect.)
