Also I do not understand what you mean by WB disabled?
'Disabled' may have been the wrong word. Try setting WindowBlinds back to the default Aero setting and see what happens:
Windows 8 is still very young. They're going to be putting out another preview version which you may like a little better. And right now, we haven't updated anything to work with Win8 yet, because it's still not finalized. Once Win8 is officially released, I'd imagine we would be able to update most of our software to work with it. (no guarantees, can't predict, blah blah blah)
At this point, send an email to support@stardock.com with a summary of what's happening (reference this post as well), so we can gather a bit more info on your computer and what's happening.
It sounds like a video driver issue or a monitor issue.
It also sounds similar to when my video card was failing.
Does this happen with all skins? Does it happen with WindowBlinds disabled?
It looks like you've set your icon size to 'Classic'. At the moment, Fences is set to work with 'Medium' sized icons, which is why you're seeing the overlapping and cutting off.
You can also use Jing for screenshots: http://www.techsmith.com/jing.html
So if this new downloader is going to be a while longer, how does one who hasn't already got it get SDC to manage their apps? I went to a SDC download page but cannot access it. Clicking the download button takes me to a page where an email address is required. There are two options, one for new accounts, and a link for retuning customers, but when I click that all I get is a page to update my details and no link from there
If you can get to it, click the 'About WindowBlinds' button at the top, then the 'Copy to clipboard' button, then paste it here so we can see what it says.
If you set it to "Keep on Top", does the issue persist?
What do you have your dock(s) set to do, auto-hide-wise?
I'm guessing you already added exceptions in Kaspersky for Multiplicity and port 30564?
Try setting Multiplicity to run as admin and see what changes.
It sounds like what you're doing is trying to load a CursorXP theme into CursorFX, which should work. You should be able to double click on it, and it should load. You can also put it into your themes folder: Vista/7: C:\Users\Public\Documents\Stardock\CursorFX\Themes XP: C:\Documents and Settings\All Users\Documents\Stardock\CursorFX\Themes
Do you have a dock on the same edge of the screen as Tiles?
Yes, the EULA allows for installation on up to two computers, as long as you're the primary user of both, so you're fine.

I'll hold out hope for some future treatment that just reshapes your eyes to be properly round without slicing and dicing things.
