There are settings to change their transparency, which means you can set a fence to only display on mouseover. You can also hide everything by double clicking on the desktop.
Definitely odd... Can you also post a screenshot of the "Change the order in which rules are applied" settings? I just want to rule anything out there. Also, do you have any other software installed that might be butting heads with Fences? Anything that deals with the Desktop, or explorer?

Start8 is meant to help by making the transition to Metro a smaller jump. Windows 8 has a huge number of improvements that have nothing to do with Metro, and those alone make it worth it for me. Start8 helps by taking some of the shock away from Metro.
Can you take a screenshot of your rules settings?
Interesting... I'll pass it along.
What version of Windows? What version of ObjectDock?

Banned for actually believing I might ban everyone. That would take far too much effort.
You're all banned for continuing this ridiculous game. Seriously, I'm writing down usernames now. No, really, this totally isn't a joke. Totally.
[quote who="JcRabbit" reply="7" id="3095769"]Rosco, that's not a problem with Objectdock, it's an issue on how Webdex filters the windows that it shows on that menu. Each icon in ObjectDock is a window with certain attributes set so it doesn't show up on the Taskbar or in Task Manager, according to Microsoft rules. Webdex is obviously not following those rules and ends up listing windows that it shouldn't. I'm not familiar with Webdex, but I suggest that the op
Interesting... I'm not sure exactly what those are referring to, but let's try a couple things. First, try turning this off and restarting ObjectDock: If that doesn't help, try going into the 'Troubleshooting Options', and turn this on: <img src="http://content.screencast.co

No, at this point, everything should pretty much go through email rather than the forums. Email is official support, so it's easier to handle things like this from there.
My questions would be what and how much are you backing up? How often do you need things backed up?
Ooooh... That is quite nice!
