Anyone having serial number issues, please contact support@stardock.com with your serial number, where/how you purchased the game, and any email addresses you regularly use. We will straighten it out for you, but we generally can't do that through the forums, as it may involve personal information.

If you would like some help with this, you will need to do two things: 1) Stop insulting the people that can help you. 2) Contact sales@stardock.com so we can look at what's happening. In that order.
If you hold down shift, it is movable, though it won't show that it's moving until you release in a new spot.
Looks like your image link is broken, as it's hosted on a site that requires a login.

If you've installed something through Impulse/Gamestop, though, you'll want to uninstall through it as well.

I had a similar issue a while back when I had mt TV hooked up by HDMI. Forgot it was hooked up, so when it was off, I was confused as to why some programs weren't showing up. Did a facepalm when I figured it out.

It almost sounds like your computer thinks there's a second monitor attached. Any reason it might think that? Check your 'Screen Resolution' settings to make sure there's nothing weird going on there.
