Yes they are all showing in the list and i download one from wincustomize it added to list but wont load up but it does load up in the registry folder

i was told by tech support to downlownd inpulse and install wb from there i did and i now can apply skins when i reboot. but i can only apply stardock design. any clues

Okay i tryed somthing different uninstalled wb and redownload it from the link i was sent when i brought it now i installed and activated it but this time i tryed to apply skin without restarting computer and the skins loaded up and work fine. BUT now check this out when i restarted the computer it went back doing the same thing not applying skins and cool on this

I can apply the windows xp style and classic style only when i try to apply anything else it just applies back to classic skin. the trial version was working till i brought full version
