Can only apply stardock design skins

does anybody have a solution

Why can i only apply stardock design skins?

then a trial version

now I'm curious.... how did you roll back yet come up with newer file dates?

i was told by tech support to downlownd inpulse and install wb from there i did and i now can apply skins when i reboot. but i can only apply stardock design. any clues

are any downloaded skins showing up in WB?

What happens if you try to install or apply one?

Did you uninstall whatever version of WB that was on your computer and reboot before you installed Impulse and reinstalled the current WB version? If you did, post your new system info.

Yes they are all showing in the list and i download one from wincustomize it added to list but wont load up but it does load up in the registry folder

yes i did uninstalled rebooted cleaned registry them rebooted again then installed and rebooted.
