Hi, I've been using Fences for ages, it's brilliant, but I'm now getting pop-ups offering the latest version, 5, for $29.99 for a lifetime licence. Sounds good to me.....but when I click the link to buy the charge is now £29.99. Even though this is still a decent price I'd like to know why if you advertise the price to me in $'s I'm not offered the equivalent price in £'s (£23.60)...either that or fix the pop-up so it uses the correct currency for the user. Sorry....I think you misunderstood the issue. I've looked at the FAQ you sent a link to and it talks about disabling Fences Updates. I don't want to do that as I need to know when there is a newer version to upgrade to but once I have done that I don't want to see popups reminding me to do something I've already done. Other software vendors seem to be able to handle this and only remind you when the installed version doesn't match the latest version. Thanks&nbsp

I downloaded and installed the latest version last week sometime (4.21)....but I keep getting the Reminder Pop Ups. Is there no way to stop this? It's annoying Thanks

Hi Basj....thanks for your suggestion but no luck. Installation is not an issue. Running Windows with Fences uninstalled is not and issue....but running it with Fences installed is. This is a recent problem though, as I said in my original post, but my system has not changed, application wise, in months.

Hi, I've been using Fences since version 2....great product. However recently I've been having loads of issues with Fences 4 continually refreshing my screen, blanking icons and making my system unresponsive. I have to Ctrl/Alt/Del and reboot in Safe Mode just to get to my system. I've not added any new application for a long time so it's not a sudden clash. I've uninstalled/reinstalled Fences a number of times...it works for a day or so that goes back to refreshing. I'm going to try and rein

Hi all, If you uninstall and reinstall the older, working, version can you still rebuild your fences from the old 'snapshots' or are they deleted too? Thanks
