Hyperdrive Research Center Picture

The icon or picture for the Hyperdrive Research Center does not display in the planet development screen.  But I think the game still places it on the planet because when I move my mouse over the tile the description appears. Can some one look into fixing this icon display bug and also make sure if we remove the Hyperdrive Research Center from the tile from where the game initially places it on the planet that we can replace it or rebuild it. I think it should work just like the Applied Materials Center. Here is image below of my screen:
