I'm brand new to ObjectDock, thinking of having it replace my tried-and-trusted DragStrip as my file/application launcher. DragStrip let me assign key-stroke combinations for any "button" (equivelant to an OD object), e.g., ctl-shft-s, ctl-shft-1, ctl-alt-d, etc., etc., and have it automatically launch that file or application. dear lordie, i would love to do that with OD....is it possible? thanks

Rats....i did that, but it did not change the behavior. it still opens new urls in the same window. btw, the option you refer to is under ObjectDock Properties > General > Advanced Options > "When shortcut is run, if program is already running bring it to the foreground only." However when enabling this option, a popup warning appears saying that this option does not work on tabbed docks. bummer
Thanks! got it!
I would *like* to possibly hide my Windows Task Bar for conserve screen real estate, and use docks along the edges of my monitors to hold everything that used to be on the Start Button menus. However, I cannot find where I can add the Start button's RUN, Undock, and Shutdown commands to an object. Thanks!
please tell me it ain't so.....i have a dock with a dozen url objects in it. everytime i click a different url, it opens in the previous window, forcing me to use the back button to get to the previous url. how the heck do i force objectdock to open urls in a separate window (ie6x is my browser) thanks!
quick question, pls....do the swinging actions for dock objects only work on non-tabbed docks? I sure can't find where to do that in my tabbed docks. thanks
