I just built a new machine and added Multiplicity. Setting my old machine as the "secondary". All of my computers on my network have a 192.168.0.* address.. but my secondary says it's 169.254.21.253.... I have no idea where it got that IP and when I look up the IP of the machine it's clearly 192.168.0.25 My main machine can't find this one no matter what. Thoughts? Please help.

Yeah there isn't one and I'm pretty sure there is no plan to make one. I have long since uninstalled and stopped using multiplicity completely because I need a solution that I can use from my windows boxes to my macs.. Multiplicity is great for windows to windows but in any other situation you are just hozed. Use Synergy instead. Its the only option available.
Well 1.02 has been working for me seamlessly for months.. I got it before I even knew about stardock central.. Its only when this problem with fullscreen apps pop'd up did I try to upgrade and thus the problems began.. Much of this may be due to operator error, but I don't think so at this point. I am back to using 1.02 and it's back to working just fine (except for the fullscreen game issue).. I'd love to upgrade, because that may well have a fix in for the bug I'm seein
Can someone tell me how to reapply my MPro serial number to my secondary machine?
Okay.. after several hours of fighting with it.. and it was a fight.. I have Multiplicity v1.02 reinstalled.. I can't get 1.10 to work between my XP and NT machine to save my life..
Oh.. I assumed since this is an official stardock.com forum that I could get support from here.. heh At this point I'm completely frustrated though.. I have now managed to completely destroy my multiplicity install.. The parent/secondary machines now wont talk at all.. I have uninstalled the old versions and reinstalled new versions.. rebooted more times than I can count and no amount of configuring will get them to connect.. *sigh*
Okay I have tried setting Multiplicity to seemless switching and scroll lock switching.. and it still does it.. Completely at random. I hate to say this but this is beginning to make me want to go back to Synergy..
Actually now that I think about it.. that wont be possible.. I need the master to have the keyboard and mouse..
Ah.. well in that case I wonder if just swapping my primary/secondary machines would resolve this for me.. Cause unlike some insane people.. (snicker) I can only handle one client at a time..
Hey gang. Love Multiplicity.. it's awesome. However I have discovered an 'issue'.. When playing Vanguard if you change screens, when you move back suddenly right clicking / mouse looking doesn't work in Vanguard. It doesn't happen every time.. you may screen switch 2 or 3 times and have it work fine before suddenly, it stops working.. But it always does stop working.. I installed and tested synergy to see if it did the same thing (which would mean its a pr
