Multiplicity and Vanguard unhappy with one another

I have a post a bit deeper in here about the same issue, was working with a Dev through support email and untill they can either get alot more people wanting it fixed or untill free trials become possible for Vanguard...

But these are the exact same symptoms I have. Whats really wierd? Is the non primary machine mouse look works like a champ! The primary is the one that goes to pot.

Just notice this because I am running two Vanguard clients on two pcs Why else would we use MP!

Ah.. well in that case I wonder if just swapping my primary/secondary machines would resolve this for me.. Cause unlike some insane people.. (snicker) I can only handle one client at a time..

Actually now that I think about it.. that wont be possible.. I need the master to have the keyboard and mouse..

Okay I have tried setting Multiplicity to seemless switching and scroll lock switching.. and it still does it.. Completely at random.

I hate to say this but this is beginning to make me want to go back to Synergy..

At this point I'm completely frustrated though.. I have now managed to completely destroy my multiplicity install.. The parent/secondary machines now wont talk at all..

I have uninstalled the old versions and reinstalled new versions.. rebooted more times than I can count and no amount of configuring will get them to connect..

*sigh*

Okay.. after several hours of fighting with it.. and it was a fight..

I have Multiplicity v1.02 reinstalled.. I can't get 1.10 to work between my XP and NT machine to save my life..

Can someone tell me how to reapply my MPro serial number to my secondary machine?

I use Stardock Central to manage all my stardock apps and enterented my serials (and email) there.  Never had a problem.  Sorry this is such a trial for you.    

Well 1.02 has been working for me seamlessly for months.. I got it before I even knew about stardock central..

Its only when this problem with fullscreen apps pop'd up did I try to upgrade and thus the problems began.. Much of this may be due to operator error, but I don't think so at this point.

I am back to using 1.02 and it's back to working just fine (except for the fullscreen game issue).. I'd love to upgrade, because that may well have a fix in for the bug I'm seeing, but that doesn't appear to work.. I completely uninstalled 1.02 and installed 1.10 via stardock central.. And No Dice. It wouldn't work at all..

I have a helpdesk ticket in.. lets hope something comes of it.

Having same problem here with Vangaurd. Used Multiplicy Pro for ages now and I can honeslty say. I would find it very hard to live with out.

But the whole Vangaurd thing is really annoying. As OP said its totally random. To add a little more info. I have tried Vangaurd on 2 PCs move back to Master PC and its random as said. Your right mouse will no longer look. Also I use a Copperhead Razor mouse. My Jump key is set to button 4 or something its on side of the mouse. When the right mouse button look bugs also the jump button 4 bugs.

Tried this to with just Vanguard on my Master PC. Then scrolling on to the slave PC. Then back to Master PC even browsing web will make the mouse button stop working on the Master PC.

Again as original OP stated. Its only the Master PC it effects. The Slave always works faultless.
