What exactly do you mean by WB registry key entries. what does the Wb stand for?

I installed mycolors .Everything starts fine. I can browse and select different themes. i go to select any theme and apply it. In particular I am attempting the SINS one . this problem I am positive is on my side but I still hope you may have some insight . when I apply A theme It loads up some icons changes my wallpaper then switches me to windows classic view but thats where it stops. I had a previous post and what was mentioned was antivirus software. I went ahead and added them

hrmm. you know that A single star is really uncommon in the night sky(except for ancient old white dwarfs). as most start are binary ,triple,or even quadruple star systems. i do hope they fix this as the nearest 20 or so stars 90% are multiple star systems. I thought about this when i went to make A map of the nearest few stars and our solar system.

I usually just fly right by the enemy fleet and go destroy his planets. I only fight his fleet when he has one planet left. let him run then lol .

ok i got mycolors and the sins theme. where would i find that themes icon files?is it possible for me to use them as custom icons ?to replace some i have

I dont want to pay either. what i want is some sort of gamerscore. thats all i want. If we could get acheivments on all these pc games i play and be able to do i somehow without implementing windopws live then great.

"edit" freakin antivirus was the culprit" ok i install mycolors ,download my 2 free themes, the sins one and the other free one . I go to apply it and it switches me into classic mode?I get the sins wallpaper and some icon changes . but my other effects stay the same . or actually it switched from win xp view to classic mode. I am trying this on win xp sp2 with a radieon x1300 graphics set to 1280x1024 why wont it change my desktop windows or star

ok what happened? i download the theme go apply it and my desktop switches into classic mode and all i get is the sins walpaper. none of my icons ,cursor,or windows change. wtf happened?

well I have been waitin to get my free sose theme and downloaded it today. went to go apply it after i downloaded it . and whammo. all i get was the wallpaper and my desktop converted itself into classic display mode instead. none of my windows or icons are changed. only the walpaper shows up. ok upon trying the other 2 themes i got I find out they all do this. I get the walpaper and my desktop converts to classic view. no icons no ui changes besides the walpaper Wtf happ

Is it possible to enable more than one mod at a time? in particular i wanted to enable the mods : sins mod 0.01,lazy sumo's minimal,and xiskio's font mod . if possible i want them all enabled at once. if not can anyone tell me what i need to do to combine these into one larger mod

Well I have Been playing this game for A week or so now and I feel that I got A good grasp of its workings . Here are a few tips I find help me win games Pirates : when playing with more than one enemy it is in your best interests to pay everyone's bounty up . the reason is that the A.I looks at the situation and decides how to most effeciently get the bounty off his head. if you were to from the beginning keep everyone but your bounty A positive number then you wont get

personally I like this game . It is A much deeper game than your average Rts . My only concern is the game holding my attention for any length of time longer than it takes to finish A large multi star map. because it seems I have pretty much done it all already. I replay galactic civilizations alot ,because it always is changing,I have A ton of crap modded,I like the mega events ,and the randomness of each game. especially with everything enabled,not to mention the ship builder

I have been reading various posts about how the TEC unit called the LRM FRIGATE the most used unit .And is almost the only thing people use when playing that faction,giong as far as to say the main strategy is to tech up to LRM FRIGATE and spam them for the win. So last night I played A medium random map with 4 players A.I set to normal difficulty,went ahead and tried the tactic on ai opponents and proceded to whip their asses. Ok and fine enough right? NO!!!!! the reason is.

so can i change the pic that shows when i choose my faction? I know i can switch between the ones that came with sins. but I would like to possible import my own race images. (ala gal civ 2) and even re name my race . (the races stats in particular I understand may be a whole other can of worms ,but if i could change the image then i would like to be able to choose which voice i hear when issuing commands to ships.) i would hate to create a new image and race name then go and find the da

Ok I don't have A manual "yet" should be arriving soon. I really am having A problem on larger maps maintaining loyalty on my planets and other colonies . could someone please give me an example of how to go about this for the respective races ? like maybe an example build order. and what else to improve. suggestions about when and where to move my capital. and if theres some ships or something i may have overlooked . right now I am essentially learning to play t

under the mercenary in the bounty screen is a level bar that I assume tells the level of threat for the pirates. but what does this mean exactly. as in the term "guarded"

I am very confused as to how I capture an asteroid in a system with no planet. I encountered a system today with only 2 mining asteroids,both of which already had an extractor built, but it was a neutral extractor and it said it can be captured. how do I capture it though. do i need a certain ship ,or research?

I know it is possible i just cant figure out how to. I would like to replace the texture for the volcanic planet. with something else(not ugly) . i have textures from ,Celestia (planetarium software) and Gal Civ 2 , and a few others, anyway. the Jovian moon IO would be a perfect replacement. how could i go about changing this . and maybe the asteroid textures also (eros from celestia comes to mind) BTW I played only 2 games and I love the game already.
