how do i replace volcanic planet texture?

how can i use some of my existing textures

I know it is possible i just cant figure out how to. I would like to replace the texture for the volcanic planet. with something else(not ugly) . i have textures from ,Celestia (planetarium software) and Gal Civ 2 , and a few others, anyway. the Jovian moon IO would be a perfect replacement. how could i go about changing this . and maybe the asteroid textures also (eros from celestia comes to mind)

BTW I played only 2 games and I love the game already.
I just wish the A.I was a bit more aggresive.

but then again i guess it hard to be aggresive with me always paying their bounty higher than mine.
I like the pirates. for those of you who don,t. a simple respawn timer that can be set via a slider bar would be perfect slow attacks<-----/---->quick attacks

you will need to import a new mesh into the game when the forge tools are released with a different UV set that was used in the game. Or else you'll be sitting there painting out seems. Replace the volcanic mesh and texture
