Obviously this is being done in most popular packages first to keep as many customers as happy as possible as quickly as possible. Please be aware many software packages are in alpha and some are available for beta through Stardock Central. Hi, We have had a few reports of people having trouble with ITunes and ObjectDock Plus. However we have not been able to replicate the troubles people have had with regularity of any kind. If you are having troubles with this please post here and let me know. Please be sure to include your OS. Just before you post a few simple things corrected the issues for a few people. -update video drivers (even more important with NVidia Vista users) -update to latest versions of bo

Hi, Have you tried doing a uninstall and and reinstall to the 1.9? On a restricted account I can't seem to replicate the first listed problem. Let me know if this works for you.

Hi, I have been trying some of these issues reported here and have yet to fully replicat the trouble you are having. I did notice a hitch in the system for a moment when Vista 64 was my primary. Currently on the test machines I have XP as primary, 64, 32 Vista, and another XP as secondaries. Could anyone swap the XP and Vista set up to secondaries and let me know if you have the same trouble? Thanks much. Seabass6.7 Stardock Support

You can always try adjusting the screen levels in the advanced settings. Right click on the taskbar icon and go to settings. Click the Interface tab then the configure button. At the bottom of the new menu will be a check box for Use Advanceed Grid. This might be a bit extream of a solution then again it might work well for you. In this menu you can set up the placement in almost anyway you want. You will see what I mean when you see the interface. Cheers, Seabass6.7

Hi guys, Many people were asking at length about the CoH troubles with Multiplicity. I just wanted to inform everyone that the latest test build (due out very shortly) addresses this issue. As far as testing goes it has been a total fix. If you should find any troubles after the update please be sure to send in a email to support right away instead of posting it here. Also be sure to update ALL computers with this update. Cheers, Seabass6.7

Themes can be used in either the free or pro version. However for background alterations (save for the ones that are built right into the software) there is no functionality built in. So skin the icons all you like but the bar it self can only be changed with in the software.

I think most of the movies you see are always super fast little ships killing each other while darting around huge ships whom are also killing each other. Just from a stand point of seeing something different and practical I like this concept of same to fast speeds. If you have a ship the size of a planet but you put two planet sized engines on the back... Well yeah I think the tortoise should win that race. Not a Stardock thought mind you... just my own. Now should that thing have great

Try selecting the secondary computer in your settings. Then click configure and turn on "look up IP address...". That should fix it. If it dosen't turn off all your security and see if it is interupting the connection. Also after a reinstall of Multi be sure that windows isn't blocking you again. Cheers, Seabass

Hi, I will forward this onto the devs. This is currently not a feature. I too play WoW with our software. However I have another gaming pad that I have plugged into the primary computer that does all my quick key dirty work for me. This is a very good work around should you have such an item. Mean time I am passing this along. Seabass

Thanks for the bump Try going through a manual activation process. This is ment for offline systems. If you still have problems copy and paste the error message it kicks back to you along with the activation string in an email to me. I will try to run it from this end. An activation string is a long serial number that starts like this: m=1&v=1&a1=D13A622050BB308A.... For activatio

Did you buy the copy used? If you did and its registered then you wouldn't be able to activate it. If you bought it new and it isn't activating use the manual activation process. No I am afraid that you cannot duplicate actions on each box to dual wield mages. Multiplicity shares mouse and key board function but not simultaneously. You should also be aware (he says from experience) that if you have fast pads or extra mouse/joystick keys and commands that the software has to be installed on both PCs.

Thats a Z Ordering issue. Like they said here make sure that your "Always on top" button is checked. If this is the case have you tried pulling a icon slightly off the dock then letting it drift back down to the dock again? Most times this forces the Z Ordering to correct it's self.

Hi, I posted on this elsewhere but I will update here as well. We know about the issue with CoH and EQ1 and 2. I was able, through help of our customers, to get some accounts and replicate the problem. I have spoken with the developers on the matter. What is being considered is that the anti cheat features of the games are interrupting Multiplicity. The reason that this is taking so long is two fold. 1) We are still working on how to correct this. 2) We don't want our
