What's with the poor customer support?

Seems no one reads this forum.

A few days goes by, and no replies or support from anyone. Am I throwing $20 dollars away? Maybe I should have gone with Rocketdock. I have yet to see any support for any issue posted on this forum.

If you posted a problem in the forums that needed an answer from Stardock and received no reply I could see how you would feel that cstomer support was poor. There is however a flaw in that thinking.

The forums are meant for subscribers and visitors to ask and answer questions about common experiences that they run into using the software. Stardock staff does not monitor the forums. There are forum monitors that usually will try and assist where they can.

Have you emailed Stardock so they can be aware of your problem?

bodean, before you get on your high horse, this is a wincustomize forum not stardock, if you are having problems with a stardock product, email stardock support. your not likely to have anyone want to help you with the tone you are taking either, maybe if you were polite about it there would bge more answers to your questions here, as for myself i am very disinclined to offer any help. so looks like you stuck to emailed stardock support.

Also...posting what your problem actually is would be a great way to get help. Can't help if we don't know.

If we are unable to answer the questions that you ask then we do not reply..hoping someone may read it that does. If you find that a question has not been answered here then it means we do not know the answer & it is in your best interest to email support@stardock.com.

One thing I can honestly say is that, even though I'm not with WC that long, I have never encountered any problems with any programs. Some minor glitches sure but...the help has always been there for me. Ask and you get results...its that simple.

I don't know when ODock full Vista x64 will be ready - I do know, getting an ETA on it from Support is slim. Support has stated several times in various threads, they don't want to state an ETA then miss it, pissing people off even more. Personally, if it was me - I'd tell people = "You get an ETA when Brad gives you one, you ain't writing my check" -- but that's just me.

I suggest instead of posting requests about x64 - try bumping this post every so often.

On a side note: kinda cheap to take potshots at support over the weekend - don't ya think?

Dang my secret is out...got everything here but the kitchen sink...what can I say I like the place. But I usually do not answer if I do not know the question...maybe now I will ...just to hear myself type

No-one turns me off.....


I've been lucky so far not to get get caught Jafo always looking over my shoulder waiting for the spell checker police to come knocking at my door

Well I am from support. While everyone is right the best way to get full support is through support@stardock.com I am here to help. Support does have a presence here but our first attention of the day will always be our support email. How can I help?
