If you right click and go into settings then general on the bottom right hand there will be a save button. Back up that file then remove the free version. Restart to clear the cache then install plus and import your old settings. Also be sure to back up any extra images you might have downloaded. If you get stuck let us know at support@stardock.com.

BootVista is a planned software item for early 2008. Frogboy said so publicly just after the new year. Watch Stardock.com and Wincustomize for updates.
Let us know if you should have troubles at support@stardock.com.
jeffo1 try a quick uninstall/reinstall and kill you cookies. Might want to do that in reverse order.
send me a PM for this issue. We will handle it from there.
Yeah if you still arn't seeing the updates after all these suggestions let us know at support@stardock.com.
The beta updates are always worth the try. In many cases they boil down to one of two things. Either the implementing of a new tool or feature or the correction of a file identifed by the last version. So like I said always a good idea to try them out.
If they are currently working it can take some more time for the server to refresh. Clearing the cookies is also a good call.
Make sure you uninstall the trial first before installing Plus. The two will have conflicts.
Give this a try for a clean install. -Run the file here: http://sd.stardock.com/mike/apps/remove_sdc.bat -Restart your computer -Reinstall SDC from here: http://sdc.stardock.com/sdcentral_setup.exe
Please fire up a ticket with us at support@stardock.com. I am tracking a small error and would like to help you as well as find out if this is it.
I have it working on this end. Anyone else having any trouble here?
You can always start tickets with us at support@stardock.com. I often pass along issues with betas directly to the developers from there.
Just as a extra note should you have any trouble at all you can get support quickly through support@stardock.com.
There is a current update. What version are you running Multiplicity on? Are all computers on the same version?
We appreciate that. You are probably going to do this right now to talk to them but should you need further help please let us know at support@stardock.com.
Here is something posted recently. #3 Create BootVista so that people can change their Windows Vista boot screens more easily - and safely. https://www.wincustomize.com/articles.aspx?aid=171684
No if you have Object Desktop purchased in the last year you have the subscription for that year. There is a separate Wincustomize.com subscription that many would tell you is very much worth the extra cost.
No you can retain the icons but you will want to save them aside. You have to uninstall the trial before Plus or there are conflicts.
1.21 is now available. The trial might not be updated but Stardock Central has the new version now.
Sever updated. Please let support know if you still have issues after this. If so do a fast uninstall/reinstall, still persists let us know and we will get right on it.
I was suggesting reinstalling ODP. If it persists after this then it is a Sysstats issue with the updates to ODP. I am finding these are hit or miss, most often hit but a good few misses as well.
I updated this info to the developers.
I have no listed issues for the start menu on 64bit. Screen shot?
Please also save the theme and try a uninstall/reinstall of the software to clear the cache. We had someone not long ago with a sysstats error that this worked for.
