Technically FX is in beta. The full updated release is in a few days. We will of course help you through support but when the full version comes out I would highly suggest uninstalling what you have now, restarting, then installing the full version.

What happens when you download it from Stadock Central? Also have you tried uninstalling and reinstalling Stardock Central?

Did you use that link I had listed before for the download? Also did you restart between installs?

Do you still have XP installed? Try uninstalling XP and restarting. See if this clears the issue for you. If not what other skinning software are you running?

Zubaz is correct. That is a unreleased skin though I am unsure that we can talk about it past that. If I can post more info on it than Brad already has I will.
Yes as I said the developers are aware of this situation. I have this issue pretty well documented and a fix is underway. There is no time line on this resolution except ASAP.
If you have installed the trial of both programs AND installed the full versions that is 4 programs in one. I would highly suggest uninstalling everything and reinstalling the Cursor XP or FX of choise. If you still have troubles let us know.
