Yes Apogee should be listed. I too have them in my Impulse. PM me your account email for the Icon Packager double listing. That bug was cleared already. Also if you would like try uninstalling and reinstalling with the full version listed above. It might have been that it simply did not update correctly.
I assume that this is Icon Packager 4. Try downloading other packages at random and see if you can get the same error. It does not sound like a software problem to me but rather a package issue.

What happens when you just extract the .zip file to a folder instead of opening it? Also does this happen to any package you download? Does it seem to do it to some and not others?

However if you are one of those in this thread that tried out the above fix adjust the directions to uninstall both WindowBlinds and MyColors. After a restart reinstall MyColors first then WindowBlinds. Sorry for the confusion but this should work now. Please let me know if you still have troubles.
Currently the whole of Stardock is looking at this problem. The update/fix will be announced on Wincustomize. There is no time line on this issues except ASAP. Sorry for the trouble.

You are correct. The SKS6 is the newest, SKS Pro is the previous 5 version, and SKS Standard is exactly that. Most people will only have to deal with the first two but this is how things are for the moment. I just wanted everyone to know that nothing was wrong. :)
Sorry garden but we haven't officially supported BootSkin for years now. We still provide it as a free download (multiple versions) but we don't support or update BootSkins at all. No plans are announced at this time for the XP or Vista versions at this time. Sorry for the trouble.

It is a matter of verification. We don't require a great deal of personal information for setting up accounts on purpose. However we won't allow just any one to change email, or any account information, with out verification. Things may change as we build into the new systems we are working on like Impulse. However for now this is still the best way for us to make sure that it is you. Also please refrain from posting support responses directly into forum

You will want to first go to Start->Start Search and type services.msc. Once there, be sure the Desktop Window Manager Session Manager service is running and the startup type is set to automatic. Let me know if that does not work for you.
Have you tried simply clearing your cookies? Got a link to a guilty image?
