For Twilight, if you just click on Explore > Games > All then it is about 3 pages back. You can also search for it by name. I found the listings for the first two GalCiv2 games on your account so if you click on the MyGames tab in Impulse you can download and update both of them. If you have any troubles with the online purchase just let us know here, support@stardock.com, or sales@stardock.com.

If you have had any troubles with purchasing as a gift and have already made the purchase you will need to contact sales@stardock.com right away. There is no automated system to move purchases from one account to another.

Yes you can. At work download and archive the game/software then burn it to a disk or move it to a drive of some kind. Take the archive home and use Impulse to 'restore archive' found under the Stardock orb icon in the top left corner. The archive will contain all of the updates as well. You should be all set after that!

There is a workaround that was puzzled out by one of our techs last week. You can find it here and posted above: https://forums.wincustomize.com/332642 This should help most people with getting the weather docklet running in the current version available through Impulse.

Please note that the Ultimate edition is still not available for download through Impulse. We can attach your serial number to your account for you manually so that we can save you time in the future once the game becomes a possible download through Impulse if you like. Sorry for the wait.

You will need to email it into support@stardock.com so that we can look at the account information. Private information like that cannot be shared on the forums for obvious reasons of course.

There currently is not a way to have it show instantly. I can set this down as a user request for any future editions. Just as a "make sure" check are your video drivers up to date? What kind of hardware is this being run on?

Glad to hear it! Be sure to hit up Kendo for the find with some hefty karma. As it was stated before this is a temporary work around to fix the issue for now. This will not work for everyone that has the trouble. If you should have problems with this we would like to know the circumstances on your machine that might highlight to us what the trouble might be. Please know though that this isn't a patch.

Kendo was testing a few things with the weather docklet and found a small work around for the troubles described in this thread. It is an unoffical workaround but it might do the trick for some. You can find it here: https://forums.wincustomize.com/332642
Hi there JMB, any ETA as to when Fences will be released to the public? I signed up for the Beta more than a month ago, but never got in.
I fixed an issue on your account. If you refresh Impulse you should now find fences under MyDesktop for you. As a Object Desktop Subscriber you would have always had access to this once the beta became live. Please let me know here or through support@stardock.com if you have

Error 12 means that the serial number is not matching the account information. I would love to help you here but I need to you to send in both the serial number and the email address to support@stardock.com so we can sort this out for you. While I did see that you said you didn't get a responce from support please know that if you did not get an auto reply from the system support never got the message. If you have a ticket number from earlier support services please post it so I can l

There are many antivirus packages that monitor MyDocuments and don't allow writes to those files. I would disable the software for install then go into the settings once Impulse is installed to allow for the service to be running. Please note this can sometimes apply to SpyWare as well so better safe than sorry.

Please note that you need Impulse to restore the archive once you move it to the new machine. Be sure to stick a copy of the setup file for Impulse (from impulsedriven.com) on the same disk with the archives to save yourself a great deal of time. Please also know that Impulse must be installed on a online machine even though after that is can be run on an offline machine.

You are most welcome. [e digicons][/e] For SDC and the Wincustomize browser you can download through SDC try clearing your browser cookies to clear the issue. Then relog into Wincustomize.com through either means and see if you still have the same troubles.

You will need to update WindowBlinds as Hankers said above. That being said you can list FireFox as an exception to the skinning process through WindowBlinds to just not have to deal with the trouble all together. Open the configuration for WindowBlinds, then go into the Settings section and click 'Change the look of an app'. Add a setting, choose the .exe associated with the application causing trouble and then be sure to enable the 'Total exclusion' option. If you have alrea
