Multiple Docks

As you can have seperate users on the pc with seperate desktops and shortcuts is it possible to have different docks with shortcuts to different programs?

Assuming you're talking about ObjectDock -

With ObjectDock Plus (the pay-for version), yes absolutely.  The ObjectDock themes are stored up in the user files.  Each user will also have their own backgrounds and placements.  I use it that way myself.

Not sure about ObjectDock the free version, but I'd bet it does.

The free version of Object Dock does not have multiple docks or tabbed docks I'm afraid. The Plus version contains this and several more additional features.
