There are actually a few support threads about this. Several of the members that have started them have submitted tickets about it. If we can narrow down this trouble we will post it right away. It does not seem to be affecting all users. If you like you can also submit a ticket to support@stardock.com. I would recommend it.

That email is actually at the top of the list currently. The ticket came in late on Thursday and there is no support over the weekend. We will work hard to get a reply out to you as soon as we can. Sorry for the delay.

Roll back to the many responses that have been posted to address this matter. I cannot convey the exact reasons behind this update I'm afraid. It is privileged information that simply cannot be shared at this time. Please know that Stardock is undergoing a great deal of development at this moment and every developer is floored with work across many projects. I don't have any new information that would satisfy you, but I wanted you to know that you were not being ignored.

I noted this in another thread. Please start up a formal ticket with us at support@stardock.com as we have not replicated this issue on Ultimate and SP1 yet. If you can please supply all system info. Press and hold the Windows key, press R and type the following into the Run dialog: dxdiag Once everything loads, please click the "Save all information" button and attach the output file into the support email. Thank you for your time.

Excellent! I'm glad it is working for you. Please be aware that if you should ever have a boot problem and you need to uninstall the best way to do so is through safe mode. That is sort of a no-duh thing to say but you be shocked how often we get asked that, just covering the base. :)
Disable the "full screen" thing, of WoW... Run it maximized... might work...
For when I still played this did work for me. Despite the Vista/XP issue. Something else has to be intervening on the connection for it to be happening. I can't speak for FFXI anymore but PlayOnline is a tricky and strange program. I wouldn't be the least be suprized if it could block incoming connections like this. I would see what else is running and try running just Multi and WoW in t

I tried testing this on a few boxes this morning and couldn't replicate this issue (all 64bit Vista). Giga has the right idea I am thinking now. Please try removing the login screens you have downloaded to a quarantine file. From there introduce them one by one and see if you don't find the one that is giving you trouble. Or as suggested you can delete them all and download ones that you want one by one. That brings up the question that when you uninstall and resintall, with out introduc

Whoops, sorry my fingers got ahead of my brain on that one. No there isn't :) You can just get Logon Studio Vista. As a matter of fact if you have not tried the uninstall/reinstall and you are not using Impulse you can get it from here: http://www.download.com/LogonStudio-Vista/3000-2347_4-10696252.html?tag=Stardock&cdlPid=10696253 If you have Impulse I would

If you are looking for quick visable clocks for Object Dock I highly recommend looking for one of the digital docklets. This is based on the idea you might keep the bar small or have a high resolution. You can tweak the settings just right with ODP plus.
One very positive thing about Seabass I've made note of is that he spells correctly and has good grammatical construction. For those reasons alone Stardock needs to assign him to Zubaz. Seabass, please post as things develop and you learn more. Like Mirsguy, OD really is a great application and I use it all the time.
Thank you much for the compliment. I will be happy to.
