Oh we are not done yet. We are just talking through another means now. :) Don't worry we will figure this out for you. I prefer that after a few trials and some guess work we work more personal and indepth through email.

I don't mean to make light of the situation but a tabbed dock is a free posistion application. You can just click and drag it back to the center. What happens when you place this tabbed dock to the left or right side and run a game?

We will need more information to best help you in this issue. Please contact us through the support lines at support@stardock.com. Please list this forum thread as reference in the email. My apologies for the trouble thus far.

Simply use Impulse our new downloading system: http://www.impulsedriven.com/impulse_setup_full.exe You can run SDC and Impulse at the same time. So if something does not appear in one it may appear in the other. Impulse is currently undergoing major updates and changes right now.

For everyone that has this trouble please try the suggestion listed above this post. You can find that download through here: http://www.download.com/LogonStudio-Vista/3000-2347_4-10696252.html?hhTest=1&tag=lst-1&cdlPid=10696253 If this works for you please let me know so I can further test this error.

I have tried a few games here and at home and can't replicate the issue. The dock always has to reposition itself (more like redraw but that isn't quite right) out of a full screen application but it shouldn't be totally misaligned. Please start up a ticket with us at support@stardock.com. Press and hold the Windows key, press R and type the following into the Run dialog: dxdiag Once everything loads, please click the "Save all information" button and attach the output file
It was definitely a Windows Update. I downloaded/installed a batch of updates yesterday, then rebooted. Thanks, all, for the posts! Helped me resolve it in about 5 minutes.
Thank you for updating us! Glad it worked!
Actually I posted my last comment in this thread onto the support ticket and they sent me an email today saying they were glad I got it fixed and closed the ticket.
That might have been some kind of mistake. I will check on it
I have WinXP, is the latest version only Vista compatible then?
No Impulse will work on both fine. Please try this download link to install with: http://www.impulsedriven.com/impulse_setup_full.exe

Did you uninstall the demo version before installing the full version? This can often cause conflicts in many types of software. If not please try uninstalling, restarting your machine, reinstalling via Impulse, and even restarting one more time to clear the cache and be safe. Let us know here or through support@stardock.com if you have further troubles.

I have passed this information on to the developers. If you like please send me the account information (just the email not the credit card or any other personal information besides a Stardock account) that you attempted to make the purchase with. Also what it was you were buying of course.

Do you have any other skinning software installed? Also did you uninstall, have the troubles, reinstall, try to set it to default? Or did you use some other progression than this?
I opened an activation ticket on Friday ( QOX-536419 ) that has had no reply since the 16th, could you hunt that one down also?
Certainly, however I am doing the follow up from home at this time so please PM me this ticket so I don't lose it in the "midweek shuffle" as I like to call it. Go ahead and stick the ID number right in the subject line so it is easy to see. :)
I will hunt it down for youThe Stealthmeister...Seabass... your a machine..SD is fortunate

Has anyone (anyone that has tried uninstalling and reinstalling Logon) that does NOT have Vista Ultimate been able to replicate this issue? We have been doing some testing in support but nothing definitive has occurred yet. In some individual cases we have found solutions but nothing that would work for all.
IOW - ain't going to happen!
No one knows that yet. If that was the case I really would have said it. While I speak diplomatically in these forums I don't like to shuffle around the truth so I attempt to speak plainly. You demanded a response and I provided the best that I had.

Check out a search for "game". What was posted looks a little like some of the packs that come up from that search. You are likely to find the icons (or ones that will do) in there.

If you have added additional docklets it is always best to add them one at a time (on a clean dock) to see if they conflict and/or crash. Also check the dates on some docklets to see just how old they might be. This does not mean they won't work but it should hint at what might or might not work (more so on Vista) with one or another.

There is no account, only Zool. No but really there are two accounts and this pretty much sums it up. One is the purchase/store account and the other is the Stardock.net account. One lets you buy things and the other lets Impulse/Wincustomize.com know that you have purchased them. There shouldn't be a separation between a Stardock account and a Wincustomize.com account. They should be one and the same. However since we will have to talk private information about accounts to clear this up

Please use the following link to see a full list of all of your account information. https://www.wincustomize.com/myaccount.aspx? You may need to log into your account before using this link. If this isn't a purchase but the free version I would highly suggest uninstalling, restart, reinstalling.
