TheDude. I have to try that out at the office. If you are up for the experiment does Login start to work again if you uninstall Icon Packager and restart?

Ok that is good to hear. Your specific use of Impulse and SDC seems to be very common for most users it seems. Should you have any further trouble try out the XML data clearing that I suggested before. Should that not do the trick send in a ticket to support@stardock.com and be sure to mention that you had tried that already (so that they don't suggest it right off the bat).
Try clearing the XML data of Impulse. Click the "?" help button in the top right. Click the XML Public folder and then delete everthing in the window that pops open. After that restart Impulse and let me know if you still have the same error message displayed.
I tried this when I read it but no problems. Tried it again when I got home and still only got a delay but not a large one. Have you restarted in a while? Does it evenutally log in? If it does try clicking on the help menu (the "?") to open the XML data public folder and delete everything in there. Then restart Impulse. Let me know how that works.
Need more info than that I'm afraid. Here is the quick run down to hit the problem with a blanket of solutions. Wincustomize browser and Wincustomize failing to download? Try clearing the cookies from your default internet browser. What do you mean that you downloaded and they were gone? From the library of the browser? Have you checked your download directory? What happens when you just hit Start > All programs > Stardock > Stardock Central?
A good Korath player can get money rolling really fast. With even a small amount of time the pirates are off of you, onto others, and you have the extra time you need to start mass producing. Just how my games have been so far :)
If none work ask around with the bootskin artists. I understand a few of them have some work arounds but I don't know what they could be.
There are three different versions of boot skin available. Try out the other two that are available from the download site and place your new bootskin in there. If it doesn't work past that then you might be out of luck since the software is not developed any longer. By the way are you using this on Vista? If so it shouldn't work at all for Vista.
Sir Knight, I looked up your account email address and found no ticket listed to it. Did you send it in under another email address? If you prefer you can PM me with it. On a side note there is no copy protection. You can get 1.3 through normal means. With out the serial number online play or content updates would be disabled though. I would be happy to help you fix whatever troubles you are still having. Please be aware that if an auto
I will test the updates in the morning at the office to verify again. What version are you currently on and are you having the same trouble still?
CursorFX and Object Dock Plus work fine on Vista 64bit. Only MyColors of that list does not work on 64bit and that is due out sometime this summer we think. Are you working with the latest versions? If you want more detials on specific programs click on stardock.com and then programs and each has its own page. If you have any further questions just let us know!
They can also BOTH be used at the same time (sometimes version numbers make that a bit confusing). I recomend Impulse and if you should have any trouble while the software is being updated try out Stardock Central. If you have any questions let us know.
Anytime! Should you have any further issues please let us know here or at support@stardock.com like you did. Turn around time is generally under 24hrs even though we ask for 48. Support isn't present on the weekends however everything is responded to in order so it always helps to get the ticket in early. Here is the info for just such a case right off our FAQ: For activation trouble or activation for an offline system, please follow this guide: <a href="https:/
No problem. I tried it on two test machines on the lastest beta you can get through our new system Impulse. Both of them (XP and Vista) were able to see your 71-75 degree weather (or in this case 22-26 cel great weather). If you are not on that update you can always try it out through Impulse: http://impulsedriven.com/about.asp
Our new downloading system to replace Stardock Central. You can find it here: http://impulsedriven.com/about.asp The version that is available there is the highest beta for Object Dock. It is still a beta mind you but it does contain serveral fixes for the software. Let me know how this works for you.
Nothing offical has been set down yet. We are not sure if this is possible under current set ups. If it is we will make a mention of it in the stores and in the news posts. If you have any other questions though please let us know.
Justica, try coping and pasting in this location excatly: Minden, Germany (Nordrhein-Westfalen) Let me know if that works for you. Typical questions I ask are always video driver dates, the version number, if you have tried backing up OD to the last release version. Things like that are what we go through first in the ODP support queues.
Well if the setting isn't turned on then it would generally be a cache issue where the setting simply wasn't taking. However if you have done that as well then something is either corrupted or interrupting. Do you have any no standard docks installed on the dock you could try removing from the directory they are installed from to see if they are the cause? Also you might have answered this already but uninstall/reinstall with Impulse? <o:
No unless it was a game specifically published or created by Stardock. For the rest of the games we sell they are through the store as a means for digital distribution. Sorry for the trouble. Please let me know if you have any other questions. As a follow up you can send me the serial number and I can double check this across the board for you. Feel free to PM me.
Anytime. If you get stuck anywhere down the line with any account info please don't post it here. At support we try to address all account and activation issues as quickly as possible. Just contact us at support@stardock.com.
Please be aware if you are reading this, for other but similar reasons, that purchases made with other email addresses (often through the paypal express purchase) will attach that purchase to THAT email address. Support can assist in this if it was a mistake. For example if you have a paypal address and a Stardock email address but purchase Twilight on the paypal address you will not be able to download the expansion. The downloading software even if it i
I have reset your activation count for you. You might get an odd reply to your email from support but it is done now and you should be all set!
My wife tried this on her IMac with little difficulty. However anmiated start menus had some issues and had to be reapplied. I would call it well working though. I will let the developers know about this just incase it was her system to blame in this matter and not all BootCamp set ups.
Have you gone through a manual actiavation yet? It sounds like it can't read the activation file. For activation trouble or activation for an offline system, please follow this guide: <a href="https://www.stardock.helpse
