Can't you have the Family Shared computer online to meet the requirements and the other computer offline to play an offline game (e.g. FE:LH)? Or is the Family Shared library not available if the main account isn't logged in?
If I'm reading the FAQ right, I believe you have to be online. I find this to be a strange requirement. You have to be logged into Steam for your family

So, I'm getting my son a computer, and I was planning on setting up his own account, and using the Family Share option so he could play the games that I bought on my account for him to play (because we only had one computer) This Family share thing sounds great except, we can't play at the same time. Even if we want to play different games, only one person can access the library and play a game, and the other person is completely locked out. So, obviously this po

https://www.rising-world.net/ This game looks like it has the potential for being a serious competitor to Minecraft. It's currently in early access, but has mostly positive reviews. OK, sure. When I found a pic on a site that I wanted to use as a background, I right clicked directly on it and selected "set as desktop background" Apparently, following that procedure does something to the file to alter or shrink it, making it look all pixelated when stretched. However, when I downloaded and saved the file first, and then right clicked it and selected "set as desktop background", the picture was normal.

I don't know if this issue is WB specific, or some setting in Windows &, but almost all of the pictures I set as a desktop background appear pixelated. I'm using the "stretch" setting in Windows, and the "smart mode" setting in WB. Many of the pictures I'm trying to use are from the official Windows desktop background site, and some others from elsewhere. I've made sure that they are large enough 1280x1080 pixels, all .jpg, etc. What's really strange is
You act as if the budget is approved by a third party. It's been my experience, that for most small to medium sized companies, the CEO is actively involved in the budget approval process. The CFO may tell you how much is available to spend, but ultimately, it's the CEO who decides which initiatives to spe

My son is going to another school dance tonight. They hold 4 per year, and they charge the students a $5 admission. They also have concessions available to purchase, so figure another $5 for that. The dance is held for only 2 hours. There are about 1,000 students, most of which attend. So the school takes in about $10,000 per dance. The teachers voluntarily chaperone the event, so the only cost to the school is the electricity in the gym, and maybe some overtime for the janitors. <br /

I thought diplomacy was going to be overhauled in 2.0? Personally, I'm not interested in dynasties. I would like to see the loot system overhauled so that it would be very unlikely to get multiple copies of the same item, especially not one after the other.

I know a lot of people believe that MS will ruin Minecraft, but I disagree. $2.5B is a lot to pay for a single title that's in the mature phase of it's life cycle. They would be fools to damage the brand name or do something to anger the community. According to this article it was a strategic purchase for their mobile business. "Games remain one of the biggest categories of apps, including those for mobile devices. Adding one of the most popular offerings <a hr
