Well, I emailed support and now I receive twice as many emails. This is getting ridiculous. Is there any way for me to get completely removed from your system?

Thank you Rosco. I will do that. Obviously, I have tried the Manage Emails link and it doesn't work because like I said, nothing is clicked and I still receive emails.

I am subscribed to absolutely nothing and haven't used this product in at least 4 years, but I still receive damn e-mails every month about stuff that I don't want. How can I get you people to stop sending me e-mails? I want to be completely removed from your lists, which seems to be impossible.

Actually, I am not contradicting myself. Apparently, it's null and void for Todd because he "caved in" - (not meant to be derogatory) and bought something. So he's good to go and we don't have to worry about him anymore. I am not claiming to be right or have won anything, you are inferring the wrong things from my statement. As far as StardockJeff is: WOW, grasping at straws are we? When I said be selective, I meant, just don't download everything on one page, go to next page - repeat.

First yes, my faux pas. I forgot to put the word "not" in there. I was all huffy and typing in caps. Second, I was defending another, now you are accusing me of asking for a freeride? Please read the entire thread before jumping to conclusions. Third, I agree that 50 mb is a fair amount, as long as you know that before you start downloading, so that you can be more selective. Fourth, don't call me man. Not everyone here is male. Fifth, Todd bought a subscripti

What's a Warewolf? Is that a werewolf that does warez? SO MUCH FOR TRYING TO HELP PEOPLE! I was just trying to say that everyone is a freeloader. I can't explain that some just can't pay, not that they don't want to, but some people don't want to hear it, so whatever. My mommy taught me to share as a child, apparently yours did not.

No I'm not confusing them, I know they are different things. I was just saying that I spent $35 on my renewal. I know that the wincustomize subscription is $20, but I never looked into it to see what you get exactly. I wasn't looking at it as freeloading, I don't think that way. I forgot to mention that I'm sure that the b/w bills are high. I have a web site and it wasn't cheap, I understand. I was just trying to explain that not everyone is a "freeloader." Some people have jus

Wow, that's simply just not true about money! I couldn't update my wincustomize subscription for months because, oh let me think, I wanted to eat and maintain a roof over my head in a bad economy. I was only able to do that last month (and is was $35). $20 may not be a lot to you, but it is to someone who sees it as 4 days worth of food. I am happy to be a subscriber and I happy to help those with even less money than me. BTW, I work at home so having a net connection is not an option,

Well I have to say this because Drunk Driving legislation is something that irks me. People die all the time in car accidents. I will have to look it up and see how many car deaths are related to drunk driving because it's not being drunk that's the problem, it's the car, so let's ban cars so people don't die anymore! People are aware of DD, they don't need you to hold their hands and they are going to do it anyway. Why? Because having a designated driver is almost impossible to find every weeke

Ok, time for me to chime in an chastise you too. My bf's mother has credit card companies calling her all the time for their money, but she had money to go to Vegas for New Year's, Pay your bills first! Put that bike on the back burner until you can securely stand on your own two feet. A lot of people have taken a big financial hit in the last 2 years, so you are not alone. I've had to make sacri

I just installed a 2.5 GHz Celeron last weekend, upgraded from a 1.1 GHz AMD Duron and all I have to say is WOW! What a difference. I am very pleased with it. I have 768 MB of DDR 2700 RAM and I think my comp is flying. I used to have trouble with Desktop X and now I don't. They are extremely cheap and well worth the money.

Ah good to hear. You are very welcome and I'm glad to help out. I think that I did mention that the battery itself was not holding much of a charge. I originally had 4 batteries for that phone, that is the only working one left. Hopefully, the car charger will help too, so you can keep it charged on the go. To best charge that battery, use the charger that plugs directly into the phone. I could talk for about an hour, until the battery finally gave out. That is the reason I got a new phone, the

There's the person who stole the name Werewolf from me! I wouldn't expect you to get it until Monday or Tuesday, since it's going out of state. I checked usps.com, and all it says is accepted at 11:59 AM on 12/31. Ok, so you people plan on shipping that anytime soon?

That's the phone, I sent it this aftermoon. My act of kindness for 2003, done on the last day of the year I still have a flip phone, this one: http://www.3gtoday.com/devices/devices/device1650.html It's cool, it has a bunch of features that I never use. I take pics with it and use them as the background of the phone, otherwise the camera is useless. Good luck to you Kona!

I just sent you another email, hopefully that works. I had a computer big mess up last night. I installed an 80 GB Maxtor HDD and my comp kept continually rebooting. I looked it up and I found that people had trouble with Win XP SP1 and Maxtor HDDs, so I had to re-install everything last night. I tried uninstalling SP1, but it froze in the middle and then it wouldn't recognize the OS - big headaches, but all is well now. As I said, I will gladly mail you my old working Star Tac, it is

That sounds awful. The economy is just so bad, I wish you the best of luck. You should just go with the cheapest phone possible in your situation. Hell, I have an old Startac (not color) that works pretty good, just needs a new battery that I don't need and would just give to anyone, as long as it doesn't cost me to ship it. The new phones come with so many useless bells and whistles. I don't need text messaging or web browsing or taking pics, but that is becoming standard on most phon

I don't know if this has been covered and my apologies if it has (this thread is quite long), but many people are out of work and barely can afford their monthly bills and with Christmas gifts this month, it is making it insanely impossible for some. I would love to get a subscription as mine has run out, but my budget has been too tight. I know that bandwidth is very expensive, but maybe December wasn't the best month to start.
