I don't see the base game under the account associated with that nickname. Might you possibly have this under another email address? Feel free to send me a pm here with any email address it might be under and I'll see what I can do to help. Mike

Serial numbers should be either on the back of the manual or the back of the jewel/dvd case. If you're having a problem finding them, feel free to email support@stardock.com or sales@stardock.com Mike
Unfortunately we don't officially keep specific versions of any games on hand. We have the latest pre-release and latest release builds and that's about it. For the future, you can create your own archives for versions you want to keep readily available by just right clicking on a given game and going to "Download and archive." The archives are kept within the location specified within the preferences menu (click the blue button at the top left of Impulse.) Mike
Please do the following within Impulse: -Click the blue menu button in the upper left -Choose 'Preferences...' -Click the 'Reset Data' button -Close impulse and relaunch it. You may notice a long update time, which is normal as it is rebuilding the deleted info. Does that help? Mike
If you still have a problem with this, I'd be interested to take a look at what might be going on. Feel free to send me anything. Mike
Do you have any security apps running on your system? You will need to add an exception for Impulse to any of these. This is most often the cause for this type of problem. Mike
From where had you purchased this? The serial numbers for our products are almost always on the back of the manual or on the back of the jewel/dvd case. Mike
What specifically are the problems you're encountering? Are you receiving any kind of error message to help indicate what might be happening? Which OS (32/64) and which version of DeskScapes are you running? What kind of problems are you having with DWM? Mike
Actually yes. Once you're in windowed mode, just grab one of the corners of the window and resize it as if it were a standard overlapped window. Its size will persist through closing/reopening. Mike
Thank you for the suggestion, Matt. That might spice things up a bit! Mike
Alternatively... If you need to access your serial number to any product you own, just launch Impulse ( http://impulsedriven.com/impulse_setup_full.exe ), click the question mark at the top right, and click "Register a product with Impulse." From here, you can right click any product and are able to copy your serial number (which you can then paste using Ctrl+V at any time.) The "SID not matched" error refers to the sig.bin file that is either within your game/product directory or wit
Which dream is this that you're referring to? Mike
Within the registry... Failing finding the key in the usual HKLM\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Run, it may be under HKLM\Software\Microsoft\Windows NT\CurrentVersion\Winlogon\Notify Mike
banned for playing the banned game when you should be out getting a sweet avatar.
Given that Multiplicity is one of the few applications used by nearly every computer in our office, I doubt its lifetime is coming to an end any time soon. [e digicons][/e] Mike
Sorry I missed your post. There was actually a forum post made in regards to this package last year: https://forums.stardock.com/343038 As far as I am aware, there are no plans to cease development on either KeepSafe or Multiplicity, however purchasing a ThinkDesk subscription renewal may prove difficult, as this is no longer offered. Mike
I think this particular feature may have been overlooked since it is less commonly used as you are describing (and to make the action of creating a fence more apparent). I will report this to the Fences developers, however. Mike
Multiplicity standard allows you to align your monitors either horizontally or vertically (not a combination of the two, however). The feature Excalpius mentioned is really slick, as you can drag and drop the various secondaries in your list to arbitrary positions to represent how the monitors are arranged. Mike
Is her background possibly set with active desktop? If so, try using a standard image instead and see how that works. Mike
You can resize the desktop icons at any time, as it's a native win7 feature. Just hold Ctrl and scroll with the mouse wheel. Mike
I am not sure how feasible such a feature would be, but I will submit a feature request to the Fences developers. Mike
No problems here on Win7 x64. Which sound package did you apply? Mike
That's not a bad idea -- I will submit that as a feature request. Mike
What is the size of the file? (Right click the file -> Properties) Mike
Customizing the fence color is possible in Fences Pro. You will notice here that my fences have a nice bluish hue: Mike
