I cannot get the taskbar to return to normal. I have tried installing and uninstalling however nothing. There is two instances of windows showing up. thanks to anyone who can help me out on this really really really annoying problem...

thanks... but i ended up having to revert the taskbar shell using some tricks online to get it back where it use to be.
