I'm a user of Actual Solution's Power Mixer which has a feature to scroll with the mouse wheel anywhere over the task bar in order to raise / lower the audio volume. To me this is one of the most useful things on my system because I always wear a headset and change the volume constantly. The issue I'm having is that when Start11 starts up and replaces the task bar, then this feature of Power Mixer stops

An update to Start11 started to hijack my Win-Key, which I use to add ä ö ü á ó ú and so on to my keyboard. I have used this workflow for at least 5 years. Now, when I want to get the uppercase variants of those, Ä Ö Ü and so on, then I need to combine it with the shift key, but if first press the shift key and then the Win key, then Start11 takes over and pops up some dialogs which I don't need.
