Please add global volume change on Scroll Wheel action on Taskbar for Start11 v2

I had already touched on this topic in https://forums.stardock.com/521704/ because Start11 did break the app "Power Mixer" where it gets unhooked when Start11 replaces the actual taskbar.

It would be far easier to implement this directly in Start11 with the added benefit that it would work on any of the taskbars on any monitor.

Options should include (1) enable/disable, (2) scroll direction (if scroll up means increase the volume or decrease it) and (3) scroll sensitivity (how much the volume should be increased/decreased per scroll step)

EDIT: Also Mute/Unmute with a MMB click on the taskbar.

Am I missing something here? If I hover over the volume icon scroll wheel already inc/dec the volume. Both with/without Start11

Yes, of course there is a huge difference between aiming at a 16x16 pixel icon to adjust the volume versus just moving the mouse to the bottom of any monitor in order to then change the volume.

With the entire Taskbar as the target you can change the volume without even looking at the lower part of the monitor, that is, while keeping the eyes on what you're currently doing.

EDIT: BTW also Mute/Unmute with a MMB click on the taskbar.
